Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PackTune, a Shopify packing recommendation app operated by SystemaWeb. By installing or using PackTune you agree to these terms. Questions: alex@systemaweb.com.
The service
PackTune recommends packages (boxes, mailers, tubes) for Shopify orders based on merchant-entered product dimensions and package catalogs. It may also provide a packing simulator, 3D placement preview, and printable packing steps. PackTune does not purchase shipping labels, quote live carrier rates, or replace a warehouse management system.
Your responsibilities
- Keep product dimensions and package sizes accurate
- Verify recommendations before shipping fragile or regulated goods
- Comply with Shopify’s terms and applicable law
- Do not reverse engineer or abuse the service
Beta and pricing
During private beta, PackTune may be provided at no charge for a limited period. Features, availability, and pricing may change. When Shopify App Pricing is enabled, subscription terms in the Shopify Partner Dashboard / App Store apply.
Recommendations are guidance
Packing output is a deterministic heuristic, not a guarantee of fit, damage-free shipping, or carrier acceptance. You remain responsible for how goods are packed and shipped.
Data
Processing of shop and packing data is described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling PackTune stops processing and deletes PackTune-owned shop data according to that policy.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. SystemaWeb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from packing decisions, shipping outcomes, or downtime. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
